The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has the whole world at a standstill, and as countries are
scrambling to stop the spread of the virus, the World Health Organization (WHO) has advised the public to self-isolate. Quarantine can last up to 14 days, and even if you test negative for the virus, it is still recommended to stay at home. Most people feel cooped up after staying in for long periods, especially if they had a very social lifestyle before the infectious disease’s outbreak.

Self-care is important now more than ever, and it is only natural to find a support system in times like these. You can definitely meet up with loved ones and friends and observe social distancing, but the most responsible thing you can do for yourself and for others is to limit contact at least until it’s completely safe to go outside or the pandemic is under control.
