Today we thought it would be fun to share how we flipped our nursery from boy to girl for our second baby.  As we shared in our podcast episode on Emily’s birth story, since we already had a gender neutral nursery that we created for our firstborn son Beckett, throughout our pregnancy with Emily, we didn’t plan on changing the nursery at all. But as we got closer to (and eventually past!) Emily’s due date, a strong nesting urge came over Amy and, suddenly she had a strong desire to make the nursery feel “girlie.” The nursery transformation became a really fun project we could do together (you know how much we love HomeGoods runs!) and helped us keep our mind off the fact that Emily was past her due date!
